I love your products. I love your style. But your quality is something to be desired.
I bought this Lovely jacket just 2 whole days ago and after 1 day of wearing it around the office the following has occurred.
-2 buttons have popped off
-Threads are coming unraveled
-It has begun to shed like a shaggy dog
-There is a hole under the arm which is getting larger by the minute
I don’t know if your quality has gone down since being acquired by Quicksilver (Roxy is one of my favorite brands and doesn’t seem to have a quality issue) but something needs to be done. Maybe its time to do some Real World product testing or wash your fabrics before you construct the product?
